WARRANTY

Practical Diving Products has been hand-manufacturing dive reels since 1994. In that time, there have been over 600 satisfied customers from as far away as Canada, the USA, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and all across Asia. As a testimony to the quality of the product, there has been a grand total of only nine warranty claims, mostly for replacement locking screws that were accidentally broken or lost.

Practical Diving Products warranty is simple. If (in the opinion of Practical Diving Products) the reel suffered malfunction or failure as a result of a manufacturing defect or design shortcoming, Practical Diving Products will repair or replace the reel free of charge, for the life of the original owner.

For further assistance with warranty claims, either contact Practical Diving Products directly or return the reel to the place of purchase for assessment (return postage is the owner's responsibility).
